李清平

李清平，1969年4月出生，山西灵石人，中共党员。1987—1991年就读于西安交通大学制冷与低温专业，获工学学士学位。1994年在西安交通大学制冷与低温专业研究生毕业，获工学硕士学位。现任中国海油研究总院博士生导师，中国海油研究总院技术研究部深水工程重点实验室首席工程师，中国海油最年轻的享受国务院特殊津贴的专家，新世纪百千万人才国家级人选，中国海洋石油总公司水下生产技术、流动安全保障与天然气水合物研究领域的学科带头人。李清平先后主持10多项国家863、国家科技重大专项科研工作，主持完成20多个海上油气田的水下工程方案研究。曾荣获“2011年度中国经济女性创新人物”和2011年全国“三八”红旗手，2017年当选中共十九大代表。
